Happy New Year for 2019! We are now bidding farewell to this year and about to welcome in the next year! No matter how the last 12 months turned out for you, I wish to invite you to bring love into this New Year. To do that, we must consider what we should found unlovable this year and then release it and let it go. If our energy or focus is stuck in the past, it is unlikely we can be a conscious co-creator with the universe for our future. We also need to take into consideration that which was one thing we promised ourselves we would do this past year we never quite done? You see, sometimes this little thing called inertia sets in and keeps us from fulfilling our dreams and goals. Inertia is quite subtle and often camouflages itself in indecision, confusion and fear. Take a minute and identify what you could have done differently and make a promise to yourself that this year you are going to make it happen. Make sure to tell a best friend so you are responsible for starting this goal. Change happens one decision at a time.
To be of assistance in bringing love into this new year 2019 wishes, I would like invite one to consider the best way to expand your creativity in your own life. Once we are certainly not being creative our excitement for life dwindles and days could become routine and we disconnect from love. However, whenever we add an element of creativity into our everyday life by developing a project, skill, gift or creation we obtain that to look forward and this brain-child brings a feeling of purpose, joy and self-love. We have been then in a position to move from divine discontent to creative contentment. During this process, we unite with the soul selves through this act of creative self-expression. One cannot stay stuck in self-pity and fear when their energy and concentrate is on creativity. They don’t co-exist.
Consider the gardener who plants a brand new crop, the writer who writes a whole new poem the cello player who plays a new song, they all share the blessing for being a conduit for your Divine. Their personal selves step aside and also this bigger energy of life and creativity comes through. This creativity that inspires them can stir another to be moved to interact with their divine higher self. Examples of this are: The poems of Rumi, the compositions of Mozart, and the paintings of Georgia O’Keeffe. For those who have ever walked a labyrinth you are able to experience the grace from the spirit that built it. On the other hand, when our way of life are focused solely on making money, going to work or routine tasks, we miss a vital component of living a fulfilling life. Creativity nurtures our soul and connects us to our own source self.
It is crucial that we always keep growing, learn and evolve. I heard a buddy recently state that “Whenever we are certainly not growing we are dying” While this is an extremely strong statement it implies that growth is life and stagnation is death.
Imagine that you might have a conversation with your future self from ten years from now. Let’s guess that his older version of yourself can reveal an important aspect in your life which you currently are troubled or worried about. What might your future self, recommend to you personally to accomplish this new higher level of creativity, happiness and peace in your own life? Maybe you would quit your task and begin your own business, or design a home or write a novel or a blog or sing, paint, dance or be a radio show host. The possibilities are endless!
We must value our creative selves as much as our responsible hardworking selves that are looking to supply and protect us. Our creativity is a God given gift for all of us to utilize to add vitality and meaning to our own lives. In this New Year please take time to discover your very own creative outlet then practice it. You will be happy you did!
Are you currently over this past year already but not sure how you can make sure this coming year can be your best yet? I actually have only one tip for you. Start out with gratitude. Gratitude is definitely an immensely powerful force that will expand your happiness, joejrc loving relationships, and even improve your health. Many research studies, including research by renowned psychologists Robert Emmons and Michael McCullough, have discovered that individuals who consciously focus on gratitude experience greater emotional well-being and health as opposed to those who don’t.
Whatever happened previously, today is actually a fresh new day and you will have the ability to fully change the way your life plays in 2017. Annually I undertake a yearly ritual of reviewing my current year’s ANNUAL GRATITUDE LETTER on New Year’s Eve and reflecting on all I am just grateful for. If you want to try this too then get started with reflecting on each of the people you are grateful in your own life, the experiences as well as the growth and learning you’ve had along with the missteps and mistakes.
